Full description of the position

We own and manage several Molly Maid franchises units with a staff of 60 full time employees. Estimator would work directly with a small sales and customer service team of eight. The environment can be fast passed with 7-8 in-home estimates per day in the greater Metro Charlotte area. The position is primarily meeting customers at thier homes and presenting professional cleaning services. Secondary part of the position would be answering phones with phone sales and customer questions. Qualifications: - Must be fluent in English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish is big plus - Have experience in in-home sales and estimating of one year or more - Some understanding of computer systems - Valid drivers license without major driving voilations - Be willing and open to learning sales techniques and held accountable to a close rate What We Offer - Flexible schedule with four 10 hour days.
