Our current branches are producing $300,000-$500,000 per month in sales, and our unique approach has increased our business 900% over the last seven months. Our goal is to open 7 new locations across the greater Atlanta region during the next 6 months. This expansion will only be limited by our ability to hire and train a highly motivated and effective group of Sales/Branch Manger Trainees (that's YOU) ...and that's not all... Where Do You Fit In: We are looking for Sales/Branch Manager Trainees to expand our already rapidly growing company. RJS Roofing & Construction plans to open 7 new branches around the Atlanta metropolitan area in the next 6 months, and we need you (if you are a great listener, and highly motivated person) to help us move forward as quickly as possible. To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will receive a significant raise and you will have a career that will last a lifetime! As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training, through our salary/commission/bonus structure. What do we sell to our customers: RJS Roofing & Contruction, Inc. offers free roof inspections, roof repairs and replacements, and various construction services including interior and exterior painting, and home renovations. As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be trained to sell these products to our customers, and you will be trained to train others, once you have learned yourself. Responsiblities: A normal day for a Sales Manager Trainee is to arrive at the office in the morning and make all your follow up and due diligence calls. Then you will participate in the daily training meeting(s), and you might also be asked to meet with your Branch Manager to review previous goals, create new short and long term goals, receive additional training, and review your daily schedule. In the afternoons, you will be given areas to do field marketing. Field marketing involves going into areas which have experienced storm damage, locating homes with visible damage to roofs, gutters, and/or siding, and approaching these homeowners to offer them a free roof inspection. You will then schedule that inspection so one of our inspectors can perform the service. In addition to field marketing, we have appointments from referrals, internet marketing, and telemarketing for you to attend also. As you grow in your ability to be a salesperson, you will grow in your ability to train others in the field. Once you have accomplished learning what we do, and then teaching that to others, you are in the final stages before you are promoted to Sales Manager. *Up to $4500 Signing Bonus Details: After you are with us for 30 days, you will receive up to $4500 Signing BONUS payable as follows: You will be paid $300 as a bonus added to your regular pay every week, as long as you remain with the company, until you reach $4500.
