Insurance Sales Agent -- Quality Coverage, Inc. (Allstate Agency) Location: Sacramento, CA Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses (Average $60K-$120K+; Top Agents $120K+) About Us Quality Coverage, Inc. is a top-producing Allstate agency with multiple locations across California. What You'll Do * Drive new business sales through outbound calls, inbound leads, and networking. * Build lasting relationships with customers while presenting auto, home, and other personal insurance solutions. * Hit monthly/quarterly sales goals to unlock bonus tiers and uncapped earning potential. * Work in a team-oriented, high-energy environment that celebrates success.
