Insurance Sales Agent -- Quality Coverage, Inc. (Allstate Agency) Location: Sacramento, CA

Compensation

: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses (Average $60K-$120K+; Top Agents $120K+)

What You'll Do

• Drive new business sales through outbound calls, inbound leads, and networking.
• Build lasting relationships with customers while presenting auto, home, and other personal insurance solutions.
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales goals to unlock bonus tiers and uncapped earning potential.
• Work in a team-oriented, high-energy environment that celebrates success. What We Offer
• Base salary + commission + monthly bonuses (Average agents earn $60K-$120K+; top agents exceed $120K).
• Full training & mentorship -- we'll teach you the insurance side and set you up to succeed.
• Fast track to licensing: A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required -- if you don't have it, we'll show you how to get licensed in just 2 -3 weeks.
