Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire * Growth opportunities Seeking a highly motivated Medical Spa Consultant for our busy and growing family oriented practice in Rancho Santa Margarita CA Skills Required: -Excellent customer service and client relationship skills -Strong Communication skills (on the phone and in person) -Strong sales experience (position is hourly and commission based) -Increase revenue through promotions and special events -Must be energetic, neat, organized and detail oriented -Responsible for appointment setting and follow up -Mange multiple tasks in a busy medical office environment Responsibilities include but not limited to overall spa management such as: scheduling appointments, managing client check in and out, any retail purchases or transactions, educating clients on med-spa services and offering service recommendations to address their concerns, patient retention and follow up.
