Job Title - Energy Sales Representative JOIN OUR ENERGETIC SALES TEAM! The Role: NRG Energy Sales Agent * Location : O'Hare International Airport * Sell and enroll customers on behalf of NRG Energy and their electricity and gas supply services. * Engage customers at kiosks inside O'Hare and Midway International Airports, offering a miles reward program for enrolling with NRG Energy for their electricity supply. * Opportunity to participate in local large and small events in the city, the riverfront, and down at the stadium venues such as Xfinity Live. * NOT a door-to-door, cold calling, or Multi-level Marketing Operation Perks & Benefits: * Work in dynamic environments (say goodbye to the boring desk job). * Flexible schedules with early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts. * Autonomy in your role, working 24-36 hours per week. * Generous hourly BASE rate plus commissions beyond the "Rookie" phase, with potential earnings of $25-$45 per hour or more. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401K benefits available. * Paid sick time. * Paid Time Off * Weekly pay. * Growth opportunities to be a Mentor, Sales Lead, or promote to a Management role. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Strong negotiation and customer service skills * Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2C environments * Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers * Experience in using technology for sales purposes * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Clear background checks and drug screening (Marijuana excluded).
