Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Sales and Customer Service Associate, where you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates a welcoming environment for all visitors and customers to our gym. In this energetic role, you will handle customer interactions, tours of our gym and fitness center, and support sales initiatives to ensure an exceptional experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication. * Assist customers with membership inquiries, provide gym tours, and provide information our personal training programs. * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts. * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. * Manage inventory by conducting stock checks, assisting with stocking tasks, and supporting inventory organization. * Support sales goals through proactive engagement, suggestive selling techniques, and promoting ongoing promotions or new products. Requirements * Previous sales and customer service experience preferably in the gym environment; supervisory experience is a plus. * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for transactions. * Ability to perform membership sales confidently and effectively communicate features and benefits. * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs better. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; strong phone etiquette is essential. * Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized retail displays.
