The Retail Sales Associate position offers hands-on training, professional development, and the chance to build valuable skills in customer service, technology, and retail sales. Primary Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate : * Greet and assist customers in a retail environment while creating a welcoming experience. * Learn about and explain the latest products, devices, and service plans in clear and simple terms. * Match customers with solutions that meet their needs, whether wireless, internet, or bundled options. * Process purchases, new accounts, and upgrades accurately. * Provide basic troubleshooting support for devices or account questions. * Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals and keep the store organized and customer-ready.
