Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. * Review customer provided graphics and ensure final layouts * Maintain a working knowledge of design offerings, die cutting, binding and various printing techniques * Confirm the accuracy of all proofs * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs. * Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction * Stay up to date on modern typography trends * Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Apply basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Sales Associate Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential. * Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions. * Experience in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining inventory levels is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. * Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos. * Basic math proficiency is required for retail math calculations related to sales transactions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer engagement.
