Responsibilities

:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Review customer provided graphics and ensure final layouts
• Maintain a working knowledge of design offerings, die cutting, binding and various printing techniques
• Confirm the accuracy of all proofs
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction
• Stay up to date on modern typography trends
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Apply basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions.
• Experience in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining inventory levels is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos.
• Basic math proficiency is required for retail math calculations related to sales transactions.
