Deluxe Roofing and Construction is seeking an exceptional results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of 10-15 roofing sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D2D roofing sales and sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, mentoring team members, and fostering relationships with clients and referral partners to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Hire, train, manage, and mentor your sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Train your team to generate sales through networking, referrals, and door knocking. * Organize and lead door knocking campaigns. * Assist team members with closing deals. * Hold regular sales meetings to review goals, strategies, and performance metrics. * Work with company owner and our manufacturer partners to conduct training sessions on products and proper roofing and construction practices. Quality craftsmanship matters to us! * Cultivate relationships with new potential referral partners. Requirements * Minimum 1 year experience leading a roofing sales team. * Door to Door Sales experience. * Strong understanding of business development principles, lead generation, and sales techniques. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results.
