What You 'll Be Doing: This is a great way to break into the staffing industry and learn the ropes of sales. Don't worry--we'll train you. Your job is to hustle, learn, build relationships, and help businesses get the people they need. * Call and connect with businesses that use staffing (we'll teach you who to target). * Set up meetings with managers, supervisors, HR folks--anyone who hires. * Help figure out what kind of workers they need and show them how we can deliver. * Work closely with our recruiting team to fill open orders and keep clients happy. * Build your own book of business over time (and get paid for it!). * Track your calls, meetings, and deals in our CRM (we'll show you how). What We 're Looking For: * A people person - you like talking, connecting, building relationships. * Competitive and driven - you want to win, make money, and grow fast. * Not afraid of cold calls or being told "no" (we all start somewhere). * Strong communicator - phone, email, text, in-person--you get your point across. * Quick learner - we'll teach you the staffing game, but you've got to want it. * Team player - we're all about helping each other win. Bonus Points If You Have: * A degree (doesn't matter what in--we care more about attitude). * Any kind of sales, customer service, or recruiting experience. * Interest in industries like construction, logistics, or manufacturing.
