We offer a lucrative pay structure, your base salary will range from $40,000-$60,000 , depending on experience. Top performers can earn an additional $40,000-$50,000 in commission , with the potential to exceed $100K! You'll handle objections effortlessly, educate patients on cash-based healthcare solutions, and close high-ticket treatment plans without insurance roadblocks. Between patient interactions, you'll stay organized, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates-all while collaborating with a team that shares your drive for success. * WHAT'S REQUIRED OF OUR SALES SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER? * Proven sales experience, preferably within medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medispas, real estate, or other high-ticket industries, is preferred * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions * A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions * Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services * ABOUT CAROLINA TOTALCARE For almost 30 years, Carolina TotalCare has been dedicated to providing comprehensive, natural healthcare to our patients.
