For additional information about us, please visit: [please apply online] Job Overview ASI Construction is seeking a highly motivated, energetic Storm Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, driven by earning potential, and excited to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, generating inspections, claims, and sales opportunities through direct outreach and field-based sales activities. This role offers strong earning potential with a clear path to grow into a full-time Project Manager position. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Production & Sales Activity * Generate roofing and exterior inspections within assigned territories * Schedule and conduct a minimum of 3 inspections per day * Secure at least 1 signed claim or contingency agreement per day * Maintain a strong neighborhood presence (yard signs when permitted, door hangers, vehicle branding, follow-ups) * Work closely with assigned Project Managers and support leads they generate 2. Lead & Pipeline Management * Enter all new leads, inspections, and conversations into AccuLynx within 24 hours * Update tasks, follow-ups, documents, photos, and pipeline steps throughout the process * Conduct daily pipeline reviews to ensure no stalled jobs * Move opportunities through the workflow (prospect -> inspection -> claim filed -> adjuster meeting -> approved -> build) 3. Customer & Insurance Communication * Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners * Attend adjuster meetings when needed and ensure proper documentation * Build trust with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business Qualifications * Highly motivated, money-driven, and determined * Able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week * Thick-skinned, personable, and confident in customer-facing interactions * Able to work outdoors in rain, shine, or snow * Excellent communication and customer interaction skills * Strong follow-up habits and organizational skills * Experience in roofing, sales, or exterior services is a plus (not required) * Must have a smartphone * Reliable personal vehicle required * Valid driver's license required * High School Diploma required * Strong professional references Training Provided * Weekly training meetings (Mondays and Thursdays during slower seasons) * Structured 8-week training program , including: * On-roof training * Two-day in-person classroom training * Field training alongside a Project Manager Compensation & Benefits * W2 straight commission position up to 14% * Strong commission earning potential * Opportunity to grow into a full-time Project Manager role * Benefits available after 90 days of employment * Ongoing leadership support and training Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid training Experience: * roofing sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Door-to-door sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On the road
