We've had proven success in established markets like Greenville, SC, and we're now expanding into Charlotte, NC and the surrounding cities. We're looking for a trustworthy, motivated Account Manager who wants to grow with us, take ownership of a territory, and build long-term business relationships. About the Role This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building relationships with: * Insurance agencies * Fleet managers * Commercial accounts You'll spend most of your time in the field , visiting accounts across the Charlotte area, introducing BrightView Auto Glass, and developing partnerships that generate consistent, long-term business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and representing a company they're proud of. What You 'll Do * Prospect and visit insurance agencies and fleet accounts across the Charlotte area * Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships * Educate partners on BrightView's services and value * Manage and grow your territory over time * Represent BrightView professionally as a trusted partner * Track activity and opportunities with basic reporting to the Sales Director Schedule & Territory * Typical schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm * Some days may run slightly longer due to travel * Territory: South Side of Charlotte * Majority of time spent driving and meeting clients in person Compensation & Growth * Base salary: $50,000 * Commission: Uncapped * OTE: * Year 1: ~$65,000 * Year 2: $80,000-$90,000 * Long-term potential to exceed six figures * OTE is based on proven results in other territories This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow as BrightView continues to expand.
