HVAC Comfort Advisor All City Plumbing, Air, & Electrical Come Join A Winning Team With A Proven Track Record In The Home Service Space We have two locations in Anaheim & Rancho Cucamonga and are hiring for both locations. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Comfort Advisor to join our team. Must have verifiable proven sales track record in HVAC. Do not apply if you do not have experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively managing the sales process for our heating and cooling solutions. You will engage with both existing and potential clients, utilizing your technical knowledge and sales skills to identify their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Your ability to foster relationships and generate leads will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience for your entire team. * Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs through consultations and site visits * Utilize inside and outside sales techniques to promote our products and services effectively * Responsible for making independent discretionary decisions regarding your team's overall performance and are responsible for managing your team. * Assist the Company in carrying out its policies and procedures. * Implement controls to ensure compliance with the Company's policies. * Supervise your staff to ensure timely completion and adequacy of assigned tasks. * Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and solutions tailored to client requirements * Develop business opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-ups with potential clients * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our software systems * Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or outside sales within a B2B environment * Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and consultative sales strategies * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly * Proficient in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities * Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail * A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about providing comfort solutions while driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.
