We work with a high volume of inbound seller leads and value strong communication, organization, disciplined follow- up, and high availability. Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven Lead Manager for a full-time role in a fast- paced, phone-heavy environment. This position requires someone who treats live answering inbound calls as a standard and understands that lead responsiveness does not follow a neat 9-5 schedule. You will be the first point of contact for inbound seller leads and are expected to maintain a high level of availability, responsiveness, and ownership over the lead pipeline. Success in this role requires an always-on mindset, strong organization, and the discipline to manage immediate responses as well as long-term follow-up without leads falling through the cracks. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound seller calls live as the standard, not the exception * Maintain high availability and responsiveness to inbound lead flow, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Take ownership of the lead pipeline from first contact through qualification * Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails with new and long-term leads * Maintain consistent, structured follow-up over weeks and months when necessary * Build rapport quickly while maintaining control of the conversation * Ask effective discovery questions to uncover seller motivation, timelines, and property details * Gather and document all critical information accurately in the CRM * Use sales techniques to qualify leads and move opportunities forward * Set, confirm, and manage appointments for the acquisitions team * Manage a high volume of leads while maintaining clean, organized records * Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to missed calls, delayed responses, or poor follow-up * Work closely with the acquisitions and leadership team * Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Required Skills & Traits * Exceptional phone presence and strong conversational ability * Comfortable being highly available and responsive to inbound calls * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility over lead communication * Extremely disciplined with follow-up and time management * Highly organized with the ability to manage long-term lead follow-up * Patient, emotionally intelligent, and people-focused * Strong listener who can guide conversations without being pushy * Able to manage and prioritize a large volume of inbound and ongoing leads * Comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the day * Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and cloud-based tools * Experience using Google Drive, Google Docs, and shared files * Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent Preferred Qualifications * General real estate knowledge, background, or experience preferred * Sales, inside sales, call center, or lead management experience preferred * Experience with appointment setting or phone-based closing is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Base salary based on experience * Commission on qualified and converted opportunities * Performance-based bonuses tied to activity, responsiveness, follow-up consistency, appointments set, and results * Full-time, hybrid position with in-office expectations in Fort Collins * Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing real estate investment company Pay: $40,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Fort Collins, CO 80528 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Collins, CO 80528
