What You 'll Do: -Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. * Door-to-door canvassing * Connect with homeowners impacted by storm damage to offer solutions through their insurance. * Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs. * Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations. * Guide customers through the claims process with confidence. * Drive sales and meet individual and team goals. * Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner's property. * Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums. What We 're Looking For: * Self-motivated and results-driven individuals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. * Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. * Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. * Be able to work in a team environment. * Must be organized with good time management skills.
