You need to be comfortable starting conversations and guiding homeowners. * Inspect & Advise: Perform roof assessments and create video reports for homeowners. * Consult: Walk families through the restoration and insurance process (we teach you this). * Close: Present solutions with honesty and integrity. * Grind: Engage in daily outreach and lead generation to build your pipeline. What You Can Earn Most roofing jobs are 100% commission (feast or famine).
