You need to be comfortable starting conversations and guiding homeowners.
• Inspect & Advise: Perform roof assessments and create video reports for homeowners.
• Consult: Walk families through the restoration and insurance process (we teach you this).
• Close: Present solutions with honesty and integrity.
• Grind: Engage in daily outreach and lead generation to build your pipeline. What You Can Earn Most roofing jobs are 100% commission (feast or famine). We do it differently.
• The Floor: W2 Base Salary up to $40,000 (guaranteed income while you learn).
• The Upside: Top-tier commission structure + Monthly Bonuses.
• Realistic First Year: $80,000 - $120,000+
