Do You Qualify? * Leadership or supervisory experience is required. * Prior sales experience is strongly preferred; a competitive spirit is a must. * Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus, but not required. * Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle with insurance. * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office); must be able to learn new CRM and operational software (e.g., Salesforce) quickly. * Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment. - Key Responsibilities : Operational Leadership & Team Management: * Direct and oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the agency. * Supervise, mentor, and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. * Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, franchise standards, and state/federal regulations. * Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
