Overview : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team!! What You 'll Do: * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions * Assist customers in selecting products, offering technical guidance and solutions * Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure accuracy and satisfaction * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams * Collaborate with the warehouse and outside sales team to ensure timely delivery and service * Stay informed about product lines, industry trends, and vendor offerings * Support counter sales and other branch operations as needed What You Bring: * Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution (plumbing/HVAC/industrial experience is a plus) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment * A proactive, problem-solving mindset * Comfort with computer systems, order entry, and basic Microsoft Office tools * A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
