Position Summary We're looking for a driven Sales Representative (Closer) to join our team. In this role, you'll conduct on-site roof inspections, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close roofing projects with homeowners. This is a high- performance, commission-based position where top performers earn $200K-$350K+ annually. You'll build lasting customer relationships, generate leads through your personal network, and drive significant revenue growth while helping homeowners protect their biggest investment. Key Objectives * Conduct on-site roof inspections, assessing homeowner needs with professionalism and expertise * Deliver compelling sales presentations that educate customers and close roofing projects * Build and maintain a network of contacts to identify new sales opportunities through canvassing, networking, and referrals * Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, problem resolution, and exceptional service * Generate new opportunities with existing and past clients by introducing additional services and upgrades * Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records including inspections, presentations, wins, losses, and customer interactions Core Competencies * Proven sales experience with track record of meeting or exceeding targets (roofing, construction, or home services experience preferred) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Strong relationship-building abilities with natural ability to establish trust quickly * Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission-based compensation * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency * Resilient, positive attitude with ability to handle objections and perform in fast-paced environment * Proficiency with CRM systems (AccuLynx experience a plus) and Google Suite or similar software * Quick to learn and adopt modern technology Compensation Structure * Commission-based: 6% on all closed revenue (based on cash collected) * Additional 1% bonus on self-generated leads * Uncapped earning potential--your income is directly tied to your performance * Top performers earn $200K-$350K+ annually * Company vehicle provided after 90-day period, dependent on performance and availability Physical Requirements * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel to customer locations * Ability to conduct roof inspections: work outdoors in various weather conditions * Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds * Ability to work at a computer for Follow up and CRM updates COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, Dynamite Roofing recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
