Position Overview: Cobae Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, working directly with customers, and taking ownership of sales goals. This position is best suited for individuals who are competitive, goal- oriented, and interested in advancing into leadership or management roles. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through in-person meetings and communication. * Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services. * Identify opportunities for account growth and new sales. * Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals. * Represent Cobae Management at in-person client meetings and events. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Support a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Interest in sales, customer service, and account management. * Goal-driven and eager to learn. * Comfortable working in an on-site, face-to-face environment. * Ability to travel occasionally for work-related opportunities. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
