You'll bein charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitabilityfor everyday sales. This dynamic sales person is the voice of our brand andrepresents us in the community. If you have 2 years or more experience in hotelsales, enjoy taking on new challenges, and love meeting new people, pleaseapply today! $60,000 to $65,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential. * Create and implement short and long-term sales strategies to meet goals and annual sales targets * Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods * Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons * Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand * Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans * Consult with the GM and stakeholders to evaluate the hotels performance * Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet annual goals Prior hotel sales experience is required Expert use of technology and industry tools Outstanding communication skills At GF we believe that people are the key to our success.
