At Legacy Tech Innovations, we help local businesses stay connected through advanced telecommunications solutions. As an official partner of AT&T Business, we deliver high-speed internet, business phone systems, and reliable connectivity directly to small and mid-sized companies in our community. We're expanding our business sales team and seeking driven, client-focused professionals to join us as Entry Level Sales Associates. This is a face-to-face, in-person B2B sales role, where you'll visit local businesses, build rapport with decision-makers, and introduce them to AT&T's suite of business products and services. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and excited to grow their career through hands-on client interactions. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities * Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their communication needs and present AT&T's wireless and internet solutions that fit their business. * Prospect and generate new leads through outreach and networking while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships. * Deliver product demonstrations and tailored recommendations that clearly explain how AT&T's services can help each client's business. * Close sales and meet revenue goals by handling objections, negotiating effectively, and contributing to the team's growth. * Provide consultative service by answering questions, solving concerns, and recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction. * Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, pricing, and competitive advantages to guide clients to the best value solutions. * Maintain accurate customer records while keeping all sensitive information secure and confidential. What We 're Looking For * High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus). * Exceptional people skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport. * A strong sales mindset with the drive to exceed measurable goals. * Confident, clear communication skills (written and verbal). * Professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to different client environments. * Team player mentality with the ambition to step into leadership as you grow. Overview: * Employment Type: Full-time position * Client & Products: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll businesses in their new wireless and internet services * Location: Carmichael, CA * Compensation: Commission-based -- average earnings range from $40-$300 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day.
