About the Role We are seeking motivated 1099 Inside Sales Representatives to enroll prospective students in our training programs. This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity ideal for experienced sales professionals who want flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential. You'll work remotely, set your own schedule, and focus on what you do best--closing deals and helping people change their lives. What You 'll Do Contact prospective students via phone, text, and email * Build rapport and guide prospects through the enrollment process * Explain training programs, financing options, and career outcomes * Motivate students to take the next step toward a new career * Track leads and activity in our CRM (HubSpot) * Meet and exceed enrollment goals independently * Represent TransTech with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For * Proven B2C sales experience (trade admissions, solar, home improvement or B2B blue-collar and industrial service environments, including uniform services, facility solutions, truck shops, fleet maintenance, and industrial or safety supply organizations such as Cintas and similar providers) * Strong communication and closing skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Tech-savvy and able to use CRM systems and basic office software * Reliable phone and internet connection Compensation & Work Structure * 1099 Independent Contractor role * Commission-only (no base pay or salary) * No benefits provided * Work from home * Flexible schedule -- set your own hours * Earnings are based entirely on performance; top producers have significant income potential Why This Opportunity This role offers freedom, flexibility, and the chance to directly impact people's futures.
