Guest Engagement Center (GEC) Representative - Sales Be the first voice our customers hear --and the reason they show up. We're looking for a Guest Engagement Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications and set quality sales appointments. If you're confident on the phone, sharp with follow-up, and energized by hitting goals, this role fits. What You 'll Do * Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and web leads * Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails * Set showroom, virtual, or test-drive appointments * Enter accurate notes and activity in VINSolutions * Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs * Meet or exceed monthly contact and appointment goals * Maintain a professional, guest-first experience at all times What We 're Looking For * Customer service, inside sales, or BDC experience (automotive preferred) * Strong communication skills--clear, confident, and professional * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking * CRM experience (VINSolutions a plus) * Positive attitude with the resilience to handle rejection * Availability to work 40 hours per week; schedule rotates between the days/hours of Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm.
