What WE do: We offer a wide range of small business services, from Amazon returns... to shipping... to packing... to printing... to mail receiving. We strive to provide World Class Customer Service to each and every customer walking through our door. What YOU would do: *Promptly assist each customer with a positive attitude. *Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays. *Process shipments through our own POS software (which you will be trained on) *Process return shipments *Package customers items for shipping *Sort/process mail and packages that are delivered to our store and do basic office and cleaning duties. A MUST for the position *We are a fast paced environment at times, so being able to work efficiently is a plus! * Have a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor and a professional appearance * Be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. *Must have general proficiency with POS Systems and office equipment like copiers, fax machine and emails. We have immediate Full-time openings *We close at 6:30pm during the week and even earlier on the weekend! No late nights here!!
