Door-to-Door Appointment Setter Glow Permanent Lighting Location: Local / In-Field Compensation: Commission + Bonuses Schedule: Flexible | Afternoon-Evening preferred The Role We're looking for motivated, competitive appointment setters to represent Glow Permanent Lighting in residential neighborhoods. Your job is simple: * Knock doors * Start conversations * Set qualified appointments for our sales team No selling. No closing. Just setting solid appointments with homeowners who want more info. What You 'll Be Doing * Canvassing targeted residential neighborhoods * Introducing homeowners to permanent outdoor lighting * Generating interest and booking appointments * Working directly with our sales team * Tracking appointments and results What We 're Looking For * Comfortable talking to strangers * Strong communication skills * Competitive mindset * Reliable and consistent * Coachable and driven Experience is a plus, but not required. If you're confident, motivated, and willing to work, we'll train you.
