Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Level Account Manager to join our call center sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales through phone-based interactions, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Junior Account Manager will focus on managing client accounts, generating sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services * Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities * Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow-up activities * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets * Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance * Provide product knowledge and basic technical support as needed Requirements * Previous experience in call center sales, customer service, or account management preferred * Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills * Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism * Basic understanding of sales techniques and objection handling * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask * Comfortable working with CRM software and call center tools * Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Job Type: Full-time Pay: $63,407.16 - $84,318.30 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
