Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Level Account Manager to join our call center sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales through phone-based interactions, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Junior Account Manager will focus on managing client accounts, generating sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services
• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance
• Provide product knowledge and basic technical support as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and objection handling
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with CRM software and call center tools
