Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at The Breakers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, and service-oriented with previous sales experience in the retail industry. As a Sales Associate, you will work in a variety of retail outlets and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays (including Sundays). Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences. * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. * Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented. * Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
