Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM), with a focus on B2B sales and technical product demonstrations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a fast- paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to clients across various industries. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies for business development and territory management to generate new leads and expand existing accounts * Conduct cold calling , product demos , and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and upselling techniques * Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and ongoing account management * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future sales opportunities * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for B2B sales and territory expansion * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth * Provide feedback on product features and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies * Conduct regular territory reviews and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed sales targets Skills * Proven experience in outside sales , business development , or B2B sales environments * Strong proficiency with CRM software , particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Demonstrated success in account management , lead generation , and territory management * Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs * Strong understanding of sales management , analysis skills , and strategic planning * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building long-term client relationships * Knowledge of technology sales , retail sales , or related fields is a plus * Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward achieving targets through cold calling, networking, and referrals * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Direct Sales Representative and be part of a team committed to growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding value to our clients.
