Thatcher Chemical Company is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Oil and Gas Industry Account Manager to help accelerate our growth in the Oil & Gas Refining market segment. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on financial performance, building new relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth in a competitive marketplace. Qualifications * Proven track record of high sales performance; previous oil and gas chemical sales * Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate oil and gas applications. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new business. * Self-starter who thrives in an independent, performance-driven environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Willingness to travel to refinery sites and customer locations. * AA/BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field.
