CDL Legal is a rapidly growing legal service company that specializes in providing legal benefits to truck drivers. CDL Legal has risen to be an industry leader in fighting traffic cases in the US through our network of attorneys. We are also trucking safety and compliance management experts and work with carriers to offer online safety management tools. We invest heavily in driving inbound leads. Leads come in all day everyday. You will be closing those leads as they come and making outbound calls to the thousands of drivers we have in our system as well. This is every sales person's dream. Responsibilities for Sales Representative * Prospect and qualify new sales leads. * Schedule meetings and presentations on company products and services. * Take inbound calls from drivers and convert those driver leads into membership sales. * Outbound call to inactive drivers to re-enroll. * Enter pre-existing tickets into the system for the citation team to handle. * Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly. * Maintain a healthy level of activity of 75+ calls per day between inbound and outbound calls. * Work with the citation team to convert pre-existing tickets. * Uncover new carrier opportunities to send to the carrier sales team for follow up. * Meet and/or exceed quotas and targets. Sales Representative Qualifications / Skills: * Good communication skills * Value added sales approach * Strong closer * Not afraid of the phone * Must have computer skills * Previous experience, especially in trucking industry a plus * Spanish speaking is a plus Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
