What You 'll Do * Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a system analysis. * Schedule appointments for our expert consultants. * Manage and follow up with assigned leads to maximize conversions. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track customer interactions and progress. What We 're Looking For * Some sales experience (phone sales, appointment setting, door to door, internal sales, or equivalent). * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus. * Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase (or similar) is a bonus. * A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle objections effectively.
