• Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a system analysis.
• Schedule appointments for our expert consultants.
• Manage and follow up with assigned leads to maximize conversions.

• Some sales experience (phone sales, appointment setting, door to door, internal sales, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase (or similar) is a bonus.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle objections effectively. Job Type: Full-Time (Day or Evening shifts available)

Pay Range

: $15/hour + commission ($35,000 - $70,000 annually depending on hours & performance)
