Description: Summary: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to electrical contractor customers and industrial clients, handling incoming sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in electrical supplies. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist customers by phone, email, and in-person with product selection, pricing, and availability * Process sales orders, quotations, returns, and credits accurately and promptly * Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure order fulfillment * Support outside sales representatives with customer service and quoting needs * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and service * Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products, manufacturers, and industry trends * Help resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner * Enter and manage orders in the ERP system * Perform other duties as needed to support branch operations Requirements: Requirements, Skills & Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution preferred * Knowledge of electrical products or wholesale distribution is a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus Competencies: * Initiative - Timely action to address day-to-day issues and obstacles. * Self-Starter - Highly motivated to take an idea and work though the details and make recommendations when required. * Judgment - Sound judgment to effectively solve problems. * Collaborative - Works well with others to meet the needs of the organization. * Detail Oriented - Strong organizational and analytical skills * Follow-Up - Ensure all work requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. * Critical thinking - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules in fast-paced environment.
