Superior Fence & Rail Sacramento is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity after an initial evaluation period, in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. This role offers paid training for 4 weeks at $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience). After successful completion of the training period, compensation transitions to a commission-only structure, earning 6.5% of closed sales. Average annual earnings range from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on performance. We provide a laptop and phone facilities at the end of the training period. A sales vehicle is available. The territory for this role is Sacramento and surrounding areas, so candidates must reside locally. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team.
