Job Overview Vivint is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Vivint Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting our innovative home security and automation solutions, and helping clients enhance their safety and convenience. Duties * Engage with prospective customers through in-person visits, phone calls, or virtual meetings to introduce Vivint's products and services * Assess customer needs and recommend tailored security and automation solutions * Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients effectively * Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth customer experience * Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to foster repeat business and referrals * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using company CRM systems Experience * Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new representatives * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers * Demonstrated ability to listen actively and understand customer needs * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment * Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with home automation technology or previous experience in the home security industry Join Vivint as a Sales Representative if you are passionate about helping people protect their homes while developing valuable sales expertise.
