Life Insurance Sales Representative We seek a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join the Jennifer Lamb Agency with American Family Insurance in Fort Collins, CO. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will promote and sell life insurance policies to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance agency. Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Work the existing large book of business to cross sell life policies to those who do not have life insurance. * Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles. * Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and changes to coverage. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales. * Life insurance sales experience is a plus. * Marketing experience is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A valid insurance license (Life License) or willingness to obtain one. Prefer candidates who are already Life licensed. Monthly life insurance sales bonus based on number of life applications submitted. Additional bonus that is split with all staff for all agency bonuses achieved.
