What You 'll Be Doing * Meeting with homeowners to uncover their goals and design insulation solutions that fit their needs and budget * Building trust quickly, educating clients honestly--not pushing products * Handling objections naturally without gimmicks or high-pressure tactics * Following up with leads and managing your sales pipeline like a pro * Accurately documenting customer needs and project details in our CRM for a seamless production handoff * Celebrating the wins and learning from the losses--with ownership, not excuses Note: You do not manage projects --you sell the job, and our experienced production team handles fulfillment. Team members must be comfortable climbing ladders, entering and navigating attics (which may be tight or dusty), and occasionally assessing or accessing rooftops. The position requires regular lifting and carrying of equipment (including ladders), standing for extended periods, and working in elevated or confined spaces.
