Overview

SearchCraft Local helps home service and select medical businesses improve their visibility on Google through ongoing optimization, not one-time SEO setups. We are looking for independent outside sales representatives who want to build long-term, recurring income by selling a service that businesses actually need and keep. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and somewhat residual monthly commissions. What You 'll Be Selling Our core service is ongoing local visibility management, including:

• Google Business Profile optimization and management
• Google Maps visibility improvement
• Local SEO focused on calls and leads
• Review monitoring and activity
• Competitive optimization Key difference: We do not sell "set it and forget it" SEO. Google looks at everything. We optimize everything that matters.

Compensation

Structure (Residual-Based)

• 35% commission on collected revenue for the first 3 months per client
• 20% ongoing monthly commission after month 3
• Paid monthly for as long as the client remains active
• No cap on earnings
• No territory limits This model rewards reps who:
• Close quality clients
• Maintain relationships
• Generate referrals naturally Example Earnings
• 5 active clients at $1,500/month = ~$1,500/month ongoing
• 10 active clients = ~$3,000/month ongoing
• 20+ clients = six-figure annual potential Income compounds as you add accounts. What You 'll Do
• Prospect local businesses (home services, medical, professional services)
• Conduct discovery conversations
• Schedule visibility reviews
• Present SearchCraft Local services
• Close monthly recurring clients
• Maintain light ongoing client relationships What We Handle

• Tools, systems, and materials You focus on selling. We handle delivery. Ideal Candidate
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or home services sales
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Understanding of local businesses preferred (SEO experience not required) If you've sold:
• HVAC, roofing, solar, merchant services, payroll, or marketing You'll likely do very well here. This role is best suited for professionals who want control, flexibility, and scalable income. Job Type: Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
