Job Summary We are the #1 Volume Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram dealer in the entire State of California and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team!!! The ideal candidate is an energetic, competitive and organized team player. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, with a huge focus on providing an excellent customer experience. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers. * Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies. * Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in the system. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales or a related field. * Strong skills in inventory management and sales support functions. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. * Experience in cold calling and lead generation is desirable.
