We're seeking an Inside Sales Rep & Account manager to join our team and drive growth by acquiring and nurturing large accounts across industries. Role Overview This is not a traditional sales role. You will act as both a relationship architect and a growth strategist. You will take ownership of large accounts, ensuring they receive a "white glove" experience while proactively uncovering new opportunities across divisions, departments, and projects. Your mission is to convert "leftover orders" into flagship partnerships, positioning AnyPromo as the go-to promotional products partner for enterprise-level clients. Key Responsibilities * Acquire, grow, and retain large accounts with untapped potential. * Deliver a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to every interaction. * Provide "white glove" account management to top-tier clients, ensuring seamless execution and high satisfaction. * Penetrate existing accounts by identifying new stakeholders, departments, and use cases. * Develop and execute customized growth plans that maximize account value. * Partner closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to deliver on complex client needs. * Track account performance, industry trends, and client goals to proactively drive opportunities. * Consistently exceed revenue, retention, and account expansion targets Qualifications * Background in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (required). * 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development with large accounts. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding account growth targets. * Experience in promotional products, marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus. Skills & Competencies * Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple large accounts with complex needs. * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
