About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our AT&T authorized retail team in Gold River. In this role, you'll help customers find the right wireless, entertainment, and technology solutions--while earning competitive pay through hourly wages and performance- based commissions. What You 'll Do

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend AT&T products and services
• Maintain knowledge of the latest devices, plans, promotions, and technology
• Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences from start to finish
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process transactions, device activations, and account updates
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with retail standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development What We 're Looking For
