About the Role We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our AT&T authorized retail team in Gold River. In this role, you'll help customers find the right wireless, entertainment, and technology solutions--while earning competitive pay through hourly wages and performance- based commissions. What You 'll Do * Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend AT&T products and services * Maintain knowledge of the latest devices, plans, promotions, and technology * Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences from start to finish * Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals * Process transactions, device activations, and account updates * Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with retail standards * Participate in ongoing training and development What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment * Comfortable learning new technology * Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits * Hourly base pay (varies by experience) * Uncapped commissions based on individual sales performance * Paid training * Opportunities for advancement * Employee discounts on AT&T products and services Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
