We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Specialist to support our real estate sales team through strategic coordination of training, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. This role is key to the growth and retention of our agent base, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

: 1. Agent Training Scheduling & Support Coordinate and maintain a comprehensive training calendar across all branches. Liaise with trainers, team leads, and department heads to schedule recurring and ad hoc training sessions. Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and ensure training materials are current and accessible. Track training completion and report on agent development progress. 2. Recruitment & Retention Assist in executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality agent talent. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding timelines with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools. Support initiatives to improve agent engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Organize and support agent appreciation initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback loops. 3. Onboarding Facilitation Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for all new agents. Ensure agents are equipped with the necessary tools, access, systems, and resources from day one. Conduct onboarding orientations and provide support throughout the ramp-up period. Partner with other departments (IT, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth integration. 4. Branch Event Coordination Plan and execute in-office and regional branch events (training sessions, networking mixers, open houses, etc.). Manage logistics including venue setup, communications, supplies, guest speakers, and attendance tracking. Create promotional materials and maintain consistent branding across all events. Collaborate with marketing to maximize event exposure and agent engagement. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Base Pay: From $1.00 per year Work Location: In person
