We're seeking a confident, professional, and people-oriented Brand & Lead Generation Representative to represent Closet Factory throughout Richmond, VA, Charlottesville, and surrounding areas. This role goes beyond a typical event ambassador -- you'll be engaging with high-intent homeowners and retail partners , creating strong first impressions, and generating qualified leads that directly impact our sales pipeline. This position includes a mix of weekday and weekend events , with many events occurring on weekends. We are building a team of lead generators, so schedules may vary. Closet Factory has been family owned and operated since 1999 , delivering custom organization solutions with a focus on quality, service, and long-term relationships. As a leader in the custom closet and home organization industry, we take pride in how our brand is represented -- and this role plays a critical part in that. You'll primarily work out of our mobile showroom , a premium, forward- facing experience designed to showcase our products and design process. In many cases, you will be the first impression of Closet Factory , making this a highly visible and important position. Top performers consistently: * Generate high-quality, qualified leads * Set completed in-home design appointments * Professionally represent the Closet Factory brand to homeowners and retail partners * Create positive, memorable customer interactions that convert to future business Key Responsibilities * Represent Closet Factory at home shows, retail locations, festivals, and promotional events * Operate and manage our mobile showroom , ensuring a professional and inviting presentation * Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations about their organization and home improvement goals * Qualify prospects and schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven sales approach * Set up and break down event displays or mobile showroom equipment * Travel throughout Richmond, Charlottesville, and surrounding markets Qualifications * Outgoing, polished, and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with homeowners * Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (many events occur on weekends) * Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; frequent travel is required * Ability to lift 20-30 lbs independently * Strong experience in sales, event marketing, or face-to-face customer engagement * Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable representing a premium brand independently Compensation * Base plus performance-based bonus compensation * On-target earnings: $18 -$20 per hour, with uncapped bonus potential for strong lead quality and appointment performance * Mileage reimbursement program included when applicable Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Bonus Expected Hours: 10-30 hours per week License / Certification * Valid Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute * Richmond, VA and surrounding areas including Charlottesville (Required) Work Location * On the road * Mobile showroom at retail locations, events, and community venues If you're motivated by results, enjoy representing a premium brand, and want a role where your performance directly drives business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
