Talos Drones is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused After-Sales Technician to join our aftersales support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with their drones. Your role will involve diagnosing problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, identifying which parts may need replacement, and supporting warranty claims. You may also conduct remote or in-person training on drone operation when necessary. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming technical support calls and emails. * Assist customers in troubleshooting drone-related issues. * Diagnose hardware or operational problems and recommend part replacements. * Guide customers on proper drone operation and best practices. * Support the processing of warranty claims and documentation. * Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely resolutions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service tickets. * Hands on troubleshooting involving drone and accessory repair. * Training customers or dealers on usage and technical specifications of the product. Qualifications: * Prior experience with drones or RC equipment is highly preferred. * College experience preferred but not required. * Technical experience in hardware troubleshooting preferred. * Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. * Technical aptitude and the ability to understand mechanical and electronic components. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new drone models and software updates. * Attention to detail is highly needed. Work Environment: * This is an on-site position based at our facility in March Air Reserve Base, Riverside, CA. * You will be working closely with our repair technicians and customer service team. Schedule: * Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or similar shift) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do you have any experience working with drones or electronic systems similar to drones (e.g., RC vehicles, robotics, sensors, or flight controllers)?
