Summary: The Sales Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for quotations, reviewing and creating work orders from processed sales. This role involves compiling detailed cost breakdowns and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. This role also requires analyzing project specs, calculating material and labor costs. Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibilities are integral to the role, though other tasks may be assigned as needed: * Prepare detailed estimates, written quotations, work orders, and perform related data entry. * Compile comprehensive construction cost estimates, including detailing material types per plans and specifications * Calculate material quantities, labor hours, and subcontractor costs for insulation products and services. * Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements to develop competitive bids. * Conduct site visits or collaborate with field teams when necessary to verify project requirements and ensure accurate estimates. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve project efficiency and profitability. * Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
