Outside Sales Representative $65,000 -$175,000+ per year | Base + Commission | Full-Time(Uncapped commission?) Compensation & Benefits * Estimated annual earnings: $65,000 -$175,000+ (base + commission + bonuses) * Paid training and onboarding * Performance-based incentives * Cell phone and travel reimbursement * Flexible scheduling * Opportunities for advancement into senior sales or leadership roles Benefits include: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation and sick time * Life and disability insurance * Employee discounts Key Responsibilities * Engage with residential and commercial prospects in the field * Follow up on company-provided leads and generate additional opportunities through outreach and referrals * Present pest control solutions using established company processes * Build and manage your own sales pipeline * Create new customer accounts and schedule inspections or service visits * Track activity, leads, and performance using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce experience preferred) * Meet or exceed monthly booking and conversion goals * Provide a professional, positive customer experience from first contact through close What We 're Looking For * Prior outside sales experience required * Comfortable with prospecting and self-sourcing leads when needed * Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills * Self-motivated, organized, and accountable * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team * Willingness to learn industry-specific processes and products * Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening Schedule & Work Environment * Full-time, Monday-Friday (day shift) * Occasional evenings or weekends as needed * Field-based / on the road About NextGen Pest Solutions We're part of a growing industry and focused on delivering strong customer experiences while supporting our team with training, tools, and growth opportunities.
